Our feelings towards products
Since each product for our customers is designed to be used in the long run, we aim to provide products that minimize complaints/defects. Based on feedbacks from our clients and customers, we manage domestic and international operations starting from manufacturing to delivery.
Post sales follow-up
Our system allows for replacement of defective parts for products that has been used for many years. Since we keep spares in our warehouse, we can provide replacements right away.
In order to provide something better
Utilizing the experience we have accumulated so far, we will make every effort to thoroughly analyze each product through customer feedbacks and make any according adjustments.

Client's feedbacks
We listen to our client's requests in detail (rough sketch etc). Face-to-face meeting is also arrangeable by appointment.

Suggestions
First, a similar existing sample product is introduced to the client (If there is no problem with the existing sample product, we will provide a quotation.) If this sample is not satisfactory, a unique product can be designed and special ordered to fit the client's needs.

New product development (with quotation)
When manufacturing a new product for the first time, we hold multiple meetings with the customer and the manufacturer to prevent any miscommunications and mistakes. After finishing the product design, we will provide a quotation and move on to the sample's production.

Giving "shape" to the sample design
After receiving the samples, our clients can confirm it by testing the sample's durability, strength, and specifications. If there is a problem, we will correct the mold and drawing. If there is no problem, we will move on to ordering.

Order and delivery
After production is completed, we will inspect and deliver the product on the desired delivery date. After that, we will consult with you on issues regarding inventory, etc.
